Dr David James Cantor ( BA Hons (Cantab.), MSc Dist. (London, SOAS), PhD (Essex) is a lecturer in International Human Rights Law at the Institute of Commonwealth Studies. He conducts research on the practical protection of refugees and also carried out in-depth fieldwork on displacement and armed conflict in Colombia. David is the director of a UNHCR seminar series on 'International Refugee Law'.
