Dr. Tokuzlu, LL.M. (Lund); LL.M. (Marmara), is an Assistant Professor teaching refugee law, constitutional law and human rights law at Istanbul Bilgi University. He has been among the resource persons of the UNHCR B.O. Ankara, the Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Justice. He is the coordinator of the Refugee Law Working Group at Istanbul Bilgi University Human Rights Law Research Centre.
