Øyvind Dybvik Øyen, Legal Advisor, Norwegian Immigration Appeals Board

Øyen holds a degree in law from the University of Bergen. He specialized in human rights law and refugee law at the University of Oslo. Øyen has worked in the Ministry of Justice and in the Immigration Appeals Board.
