Mark Daly (Partner, Barnes & Daly, Hong Kong SAR, China) earned a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto in 1992 and was admitted as a barrister and solicitor in Ontario, Canada. He was subsequently admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong, England and Wales, and holds a Master of Laws in Human Rights from the University of Hong Kong. Working in Hong Kong since 1995, Mark has concentrated on human rights and refugee issues. He previously worked with Pam Baker and Company on judicial review and habeas corpus cases and on Vietnamese refugee cases. In May 2000, he represented the Hong Kong Human Rights Monitor before the United Nations Committee Against Torture in Geneva.
