Discussion Area
This part of the site is for discussion, questions and answers, and the exchange of ideas about refugee law. The purpose is to track and understand ongoing developments as legal interpretations evolve. Administrators will periodically begin discussions of new case law, research resources, or policy developments. In addition to the topics we raise, users are welcome to initiate independent discussion threads. The final discussion area, "I Have A Question," is a question-and-answer forum where practitioners may seek and share insights about refugee law as applied in particular countries and contexts.
